You will receive a small sachet and scoop with each purchase of a Bath Soak. Use as little or as much as you would like.

Tips For Use:

1. If cleaning up the herbs and salt left after you finish your bath is not your thing, place a generous amount of Happiness Bath Soak in the small pouch that comes with your purchase. Then, place the pouch in your tub and let the properties of the soak steep and melt into your bath (5 minutes). It's like a bath tea that you should not drink (but might be tempted to)!

2. If you don't have a bath in your home, you can still use this soak! Place a generous amount of soak on the bottom of your shower (around the drain if you have a stopper or on the bottom near your feet) OR in a bowl of warm water. Stir with your hand to mix/dissolve. Then, pour over your body. You don't have to rinse, but could if you would like.
